These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theshinobimethod.com, our member areas, assessments, and digital products and programs (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by SEF VENTURES LLC, doing business as Ayro Mindset ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), creator of The Shinobi Method™.

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing any product or program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

The Service provides educational and personal development content, including orientation assessments, digital guides and manuals, online programs such as the 7-Day Shinobi Alignment Reset, and member-only content areas. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Where a program offers a certificate of completion, the certificate confirms completion of that program's requirements only. It is not a professional license, credential, or qualification of any kind.

Certain content is delivered through a member account. Your account is for your individual use only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Account sharing, credential sharing, and access by any other person are prohibited and are grounds for termination without refund.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are payable at the time of purchase through our payment processors. Coupon codes and promotional pricing are offered at our discretion, may be limited in time or quantity, and have no cash value. We may change prices at any time; price changes apply to future purchases only and never to a purchase already completed.

By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

Products are delivered digitally through the member area of the Service. No physical goods are shipped. Access periods are as stated at checkout. Where "lifetime access" is offered, it means access for the lifetime of the product or program, for as long as the Company continues to offer and maintain it. Where a period of access to a content library or membership area is included with a purchase, access continues for the stated period and may be renewed or extended at our discretion.

We work to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing purchased content and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, your remedy is described in Section 6.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of downloadable and member-only content upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on any purchase, and no refund is owed because you changed your mind, did not use or complete a program, or did not achieve a particular result.

Two exceptions apply:

(a) Delivery failure. If a technical failure attributable to us prevents you from accessing the content you purchased, contact us at geoff@alignwithgeoff.com within 7 days of purchase. We will repair the issue, restore or replace your access, or, if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, refund that purchase.

(b) Discretionary refunds. We may, in individual cases and at our sole discretion, choose to issue a refund as a goodwill gesture. A discretionary refund is not an entitlement, does not change this policy, and does not create any obligation to refund any other purchase. If any refund is issued for a purchase, for any reason, your access to that product or program and any included membership or library access ends immediately, and associated files and downloads must be deleted.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, your access to the Service may be suspended immediately while the dispute is resolved.

All content in the Service, including The Shinobi Method™ name and marks, guides, manuals, assessments, reports, text, images, audio, and video, is the property of SEF Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your own individual use only. You may not:

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share the content, in whole or in part;

- Resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your access or account to any other person;

- Use the content to create or teach a competing product, course, or program;

- Record, scrape, harvest, or systematically download the content;

- Use the content to train, fine-tune, or provide input to any artificial intelligence or machine learning system;

- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, and not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The Service provides education and training in mindset, awareness, decision-making, and personal development. It is not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the care of a licensed professional. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified professional before applying any practice in our materials.

We make no guarantee of any specific result, including business, financial, health, or personal outcomes. Individual results vary and depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEF Ventures LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEF Ventures LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in conduct we reasonably determine is harmful to the Company, the Service, or other users. Termination for breach does not entitle you to any refund.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page and apply to purchases made after the effective date of the update. Purchases already completed remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of that purchase. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
